“In our daily lives, we must see that it is not happiness that makes us grateful, but the gratefulness that makes us happy.” – Albert Clarke

Me, Searching for Happiness:

Why can’t my son put the digital camera back in its case like I asked him to 50 times?

Why can’t my dog stop shedding just for today so my floors will stay fur ball free for 24hrs?

Why can’t my husband leave the TV on one channel for more than 30 seconds?

Me, Choosing Gratitude:

What a blessing and a gift to be here and to witness my son growing through yet another stage of life -even if it is the forgetful tweens!

There is nothing like the soft, thick, furry snuggle of my dog to warm me up on a cold winter day.

(I’m still working on the remote control one….hey, I’m not perfect. )

    Hi Maureen,

I attended your Wednesday class this past week and wanted to let you know that it was excellent. You did some new things that you learned in New York with Vini Yoga. I hope it continues.

    Thanks,
    Denice
